Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing social media accounts, creating content plans for clients, and overseeing media buying activities on popular platforms like (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, … etc.).
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies for clients, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement content plans for clients, including creating engaging and shareable content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective social media campaigns.
- Create and curate compelling visual and written content, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, to engage and attract target audiences.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule, monitor, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
- Manage clients’ media buying activities on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok, ensuring efficient budget allocation and optimal campaign performance.
- Monitor social media comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering community engagement.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of social media data, including insights, metrics, and trends, to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing and advertising, incorporating innovative strategies into client campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2 years) working as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
